The Collaborators

Different artists and artisans bring their own techniques and personality, expanding AuBoulot through collaboration.

  • Julie Hamisky

Julie Hamisky is a French artist and sculptor whose work has been exhibited internationally. Inspired by the natural world, she preserves the delicate beauty of flowers and plants through electroplating, capturing a moment in time.

As we say in French, elle arrête le temps.

I was drawn to Julie’s work because she transforms something fragile into something lasting. Adding one of her small sculptures to French workwear is another example of how a simple utilitarian garment can become Artwear

  • Studio Route 29

Studio Route 29 is a progressive art studio and gallery in Frenchtown, New Jersey, supporting artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

I love the freedom and playful spirit of the creative process at Studio Route 29. Every artist brings their own unique perspective and creative language.

  • MOIO

Moio is a social enterprise in Zimbabwe that works with women artisans, preserving traditional Shona craftsmanship while creating sustainable opportunities through vocational and intergenerational training.

I was drawn to Moio because their work combines ancestral craftsmanship with a bold, colorful graphic language. Every handcrafted detail brings another tradition and another story to French workwear.
